Lab Test Results and Biopsy Results
We make every attempt to notify you of the results of your laboratory tests and biopsy results by telephone. If you do not hear from us, please call us in two weeks to check your results.

If you are a NorthShore University Health System patient (formerly Evanston Northwestern Healthcare), you can access your laboratory results online.
First, make sure your primary care physician has the EPIC system activated in his or her office. Your primary care physician can then enroll you in the EPIC system's "My Chart," which will enable you to view lab tests that we ordered and were drawn at North Shore University Health System. After you are registered and activated in this system, your primary care physician will give you a login and password so you may quickly and easily check your lab results online.
